Charming! Perfect location. Tiny room/good value
Absolutely perfect location in the Spanish steps neighborhood. Few steps to shopping central on via condotti and other attractions. Room is tiny in the main building (I think there’s probably other room types) but adequate to just sleep in and rest if you’re out and about during the day. Reception staff is so nice and friendly and of course speak perfect English. Charming and trustworthy establishment. Good value.

As with everything in Rome, this property is older. The location is perfect, however, for the amount we paid each night, it was not worth it. The hotel has no air flow, the bathroom smell of very strong mold (their solution, we can come spray room freshener). We did not stay in the main building, perhaps that was better. But we were glad to check out of this hotel and will not be staying here again.
