When I booked, I booked on the basis that parking was included only to arrive and find out that there was no parking included but what was meant was that there is free parking around the property. No apology for this was forthcoming, but rather a curt response informing me of the free parking AROUND the hotel. Reception smelt of vomit and continued to do so for the duration of our stay. The room itself smelt of damp or something and was filthy. We found the police in the hotel on the day we arrived and although we were reassured that they were doing some checks (whatever they may be) we were reliably informed by a neighbour (as we had parked outside their house for 3 days) that the police were there at least once a week. I resolved to talk to the hotel manager about all this, just as soon as I was asked if everything was alright, but this never happened, although he was always very polite. All in all, I regret booking this hotel and would not recommend a stay there.

Liked the area in which the property was in. The staff were very friendly and helpful! Did not feel like our room was cleaned fully, also didn’t get the room we booked for. It advertised bikes were included but there were no bikes or ones offered.

Convenient place not far from city centre and easy transport by train, clean and nice room, not breakfast in place but pretty close you can find some options for that, staff quite helpful and bikes to rent for free

This property was newly remodeled. The hotel is very quaint and small. When my husband and I travel, we like to try hotels that aren't chains. Levi was more than accommodating. We provided us a room to freshen up while ours was being cleaned; he did a huge load of laundry for us, and provided many tips of what to see and do;
