    Loud Stay

    Fan in the bathroom was LOUD! Toilet flushes could be heard from other rooms, so I sure they heard ours! Loud enough to wake you in the middle of the night. Beds were too firm.

    It was ok

    Part of it wasnt the hotel's fault. Stuff happens. We went for a family event. If we had gone for the hotel ammenities it would have been terribly disappointing. When we first arrived we had no issues. However, when we were leaving for dinner, the elevator didn't work because (we were told) there had been a power outage. We took the stairs. Fortunately we were only on the second floor but both my parents and my 94 year old grandmother had some mobility issues. When we cane back from dinner, my parents' room had no electricity for a while. We couldnt use the pool because of covid. We were expecting a full breakfast buffet. They served minimal in a vaggie so we went out for breakfast both mornings. The Keurig in my room did not work. But they had someone come up to try to get it to work and he replaced it because it didn't work. The bed was comfortable. Our trip, like i said, was for a family event and thats why we went. For that the room was adequate. But we were overall disappointed with what services were offered by the hotel itself. But part of it was because of the current situation in whicj everyone is effected adversely.

    the hotel had a washer and dryer that i used, i put my things i the dryer and went back to get them after they were dry and they were GONE 😡, i called the front desk and asked if anyone had turn my clothes in and no one had, this is very disappointing.
