Eventhough they don't speak english, but they really do make an effort to be helpful. I had a problem what the ATM machine swallowing my card, and manager (presumably) even accompanied me to the ATM machine to check, and helped call the bank's hotline. I was able to retrieve my card from the bank the next day, and he even dropped by my room to check-up on my card situation.
Clean room, decent breakfast. Supermaket conveniently located just across the road.
