Uncomfortable rooms
I guess many small things were wrong that make the whole experience bad. It looks like a modern hotel (the lobby) and overall seems clean. However the rooms have several issues, mainly the noise on the room, the aircon from other rooms, make leaking water noises constantly and the engines start up every 15 minutes, it was impossible to sleep. The bathroom, despite was new and nicely decorated, the toilet flush doesn't work properly, whatever you do, stays there, doesn't matter how many time you flush it doesn't leave, we call the staff and they said they are aware of it and is a problem with the design. Really? In top of that the room is really tiny, no space for anything just the bed. Despite it is a nice area (really close to the tube) I won't stays there again.

Advertisement for parking, but it was very limited - only a few spaces for the whole hotel. Room was small, restaurant not much selection, food ok. Couldn't close the bathroom door because it got stuck closed every time. Close to lots of great restaurants and the metro. Not great for business unless it's downtown.

Nice place. Very good value and getting nicely remodeled at the moment. . Just wish I could get coffee before 7 AM. even if it were instant in the room.
