SHOCKING AND SHAMEFUL HOMOPHOBIC TREATMENT
We had the worst experience ever at check in at this hotel! Stuff was very rude, homophobic, unprofessional and was lying to us about room we booked- saying they don't have anything available with King bed until next day!!!!! We came at 9:20 am and they said our room will be ready at 4 pm!!! (check in is at 3 pm) We waited all day and they gave us room with 2 beds! We had to come back again to reception to change it and they let us wait for another almost 2 hours. Never ever I would recommend this hotel. Stuff didn't say anything about facilities, where to eat, what's in Resort.. We were so disappointed with all this experience. Same treatment was everywhere in this resort when we wanted to order drinks. Stuff was dismissive and lying, constantly we had to ask for managers! Just a scoop of our stay. Never ever we would recommend this to travelers.

Worst hotel in all of the Caribbean
It is probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed in my life. It’s dirty most of the service is to cry for many bad things and the answer was I’m sorry and with an attitude. We had no water (including the toilet) for three hours we called and there answer is we are fixing it we are sorry… we said do you have an estimate time for this to be fixed (7pm) the answer was no. We couldn’t shower until late night or go to the bathroom. We have a baby we asked for a higher level explaining about the noise they gave it to us but still on the side where all the night clubs had loud music needless to say we didn’t sleep until 4am. When we told them they said “I don’t know why they gave you that room with a baby”. Mid December and it feels like a Spring Break hotel all dirty wet and unprofessional I don’t know how the description says Family Friendly
