Not worth the money.
Had to pay for parking which I found strange considering it was part of the hotel. Also, had to pay for Wi-Fi! Room Service was impossible to get ahold of in the morning and night. The pet fee was was too much.

Not great
There was a lot of construction/dust going on during our stay. We paid extra for included breakfast which was pretty terrible (buffet). All bread, a little fruit, eggs did not look good and bacon was dripping in grease. The shower looked dirty and the toilet bowl was rusty. The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows flatten as soon as you put your head on them.

Never again.
Driving to the destination, there was homeless all over the place, a whole park full of them. The parking lot was very tiny. Upon arrival inside, the staff was chatting amongst themselves and proceeded to have us wait. Staff was very rude. (After the check in price was complete, they gave us 1 stale cookie each…) No where did it say that parking was an extra fee! Come to find out, it is $15 to park regularly in their lot and $65 dollars for over sized parking that was not designated! We finally get checked in and up to our room, next thing you know we get a call to come back downstairs because she didn’t run our card for incidentals. Upon entering into our room on the 13th floor, we were greeted with an air filter in the shower smothered in dust and dirt, a toilet that was dirty, bathroom floor that looked like it had dirty boot marks & white stains all over the floor. Overall very displeased and we will never be coming back. We expected more for $250 for 1 night! (Breakfast is a separate charge as well)

Unorganized hotel - bad experience
We arrived at the hotel in the late-evening due to a delayed flight. After checking-in we went to our room to find that it was not cleaned at all from the previous guest. Used towels all over in the bathroom and the sheets/pillows used. I went back to the front desk where they were able to confirm with housekeeping that the room had not been cleaned, and they could not get a staff person to clean the room. They were "over-sold" with rooms, but then were able to put us in another room. When going to THAT room, there were guests already staying there! So we went back to the front desk and they said they were out of rooms and would have to book us at another hotel. We were tired so I finally asked if I could get clean sheets and towels and I make the beds myself. They agreed, so I cleaned the room, but asked to have it cleaned right-away in the morning. Left the next morning for our activities and confirmed with the morning staff that our room will be cleaned. We came back at 2pm to find that the room still had not been cleaned! I called the front desk and they said they would get it cleaned. We left for dinner and came back...still not cleaned! So we stayed both nights and never had a clean room. I asked for a comp/discount but because we booked through hotels.com they could not do it. Not sure I will use 3rd party booking for this very reason. At least booking directly with the hotel will allow for restitution/refund. This hotel is not well-managed or organized.
