There is construction everywhere, rooms are not clean, took about half an hour to check-in, breakfast is basically a joke and front desk was rude. I was the only guest in the hotel most probably and it took about 10 minutes every morning running taps to have hot water.

When I arrived there was no signage on the building so it was dark and I had driven a long way and was confused if I was even at the right location the property look to be under kept. Trash cans around building overflowing leaves everywhere debris no lighting in the parking lot. Had some confusion at the front desk when I checked in, was able to work through that. The staff was very kind however very unprepared. When I went to the room only one elevator was working, it seemed a little rickety and I was a little scared to go up the elevator. The room itself was nice however there was no cold water in the shower or the sink or the toilet it was only hot water so you had to be really careful and I was not able to take a shower due to the heat in the shower when you would flush the toilet it was all hot water as well as in the Sink no cold water at all. I definitely will not be staying at this hotel again I travel every week and spend a lot of time in hotels and definitely was not pleased with the situation nor the setting I think if you’re gonna have a hotel that’s under transition or construction or remodel you should be letting customers know before they purchase a room unbeknownst.

Property in a soft open. Recently new owners with new staff. Rooms big and clean. Very quiet with few guest . No bar or full breakfast yet. Coming in a few weeks. Golf simulator coming. Staff friendly and I expect this To be a great option in Southfield in a few weeks.

This property was a waste of money and i want my refund. There were absolutly no amenities. Not even tv. And on the last day we stayed there was no electricity. I hate this hotel. And on top of the bad review im giving them im going to try and get a refund or some kind of gratitude stay somewhere else. Customer service was terrible i just couldnt believe it.
