My 3 nights stay in this hotel was excellent. The staff and the owner were so nice, friendly and approachable. The place was accessible of everything, near from the market/ Bangkerohan, McDonald and many others. They don't have elevator/lift. I don't have choice but to use stairs because my room was at the 3rd floor. The main problem during my stay was the internet. The WIFI connection was working during the first night but on the following day until I check-out there was no internet connection. The saddest part was they didn't inform their guests. I was asking many times about it but they didn't fixed until I check-out. My suggestion is to provide elevator and if there is problem of your internet connection, you better inform your guests.
