hotel needs work but great location
Room and communal areas appeared clean however we believe there was dog hair as my daughter is allergic and her allergies played up while we were there. Breakfast was good and one of the reception staff (a young woman) was very friendly and willing to help with small requests. Bathroom door handle fell off the first time we tried to open it, skirting board was coming off and soap dispenser cover fell off. However it was a very good central location and overall good value for money.

Great place for the price
Location, location, location! I could not have picked a better spot to be out of the middle of the madness, yet close enough to dive in when I wanted to. It wasn't a luxury hotel, but for the price, perfect. The ladies in housekeeping were wonderful, and the best part of the stay was Stefano. He was so helpful in every way, like having my own personal Italian information center. I would definitely stay again.

Hotel was modest, we had a fairly basic room but it was very clean and the housekeepers came in each day to clean and swop towels. Very basic breakfast in a fairly small room considering the number of residents. Hotel was very well located and staff were knowledgeable and helpful.Rome

Staff are very friendly and helpful
Our stay in this hotel is good. Staff are very friendly and helpful..The hotel is 10-15 mins walk to Vatican church. 5 mins walk to the city center. So handy. But There is just one thing that i was not happy with. The bed in our room was a bit creaky.. It was 2 single bed that were joint together. But the other bed was creaky each time I turn around. I would suggest that the bed needs to be changed. Otherwise. I am happy to go back in this hotel next time i visit Rome again.. I highly commend the receptionist named JENNIFER. She is very nice and helpful to me.

Not good
They promote the hotel saying parking available. The bed have a dirty sheet. They picture said there will be a bar. The bar was closed 3 years ago. Don’t have security on the fifth floor was scandalous activities from a group of teenagers. They don’t keep quite for a a long period of time. In fact my wife have to go and ask for silence.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. Had a terrible smell. Rooms smelled like sewage, the don’t clean at all, I have pictures of all the dirtiness around the room and the lobby. Tried to cancel my reservation and didn’t have a good answer.
