Great location near Niagara Falls
Spent 2 nights in this hotel over the Labor Day weekend. The area was crazy busy with vacationers, so it was really nice (!) to be able to park the car in their lot and simply walk across the street to the park and to see the falls. The hotel experience was nothing fancy, but the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was nice, but more fresh fruit would be appreciated. I believe they could charge a lot more for their proximity to Niagara Falls. Would definitely recommend this as a place to stay while wanting to visit the Falls. The bridge to Canada was also not far away--short drive or an easy walk.

Go anywhere else. Seriously.
The front desk staff we encountered were horrid. One of the men needs to seriously get out of the hospitality field because there wasn’t an ounce of kindness in any of my interactions with him. Check in is horrible. I wish I could think of a better word, but if you happen to choose this place you’ll understand. Check in is pretty much whenever they feel like you can have a room. They either have one housekeeper for the entire place or they’re worried that guests will run up their electric and water bills if they actually get into their room. I don’t know what their issues are, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
