We were very disappointed. The place looks like it is falling apart with very little maintenance going on to save it. They had ice water dispensers at every floor with nearly none of them working. It was 97-99 degrees all weekend while we were there, and we couldn’t get ice?!?!? It’s ridiculous. The waterpark was a joke. I don’t care if it did come free with our stay, it was dirty. The hot tub was shut down and it was green. There’s only one water slide. It is a sad has-been run down waterpark. The volleyball net for the pool was busted and just barely hanging on. I rarely leave reviews, but I highly advise that you think twice before staying here. I would pay more and go somewhere that has full amenities and that the buildings/pools around you don’t look ghetto, like they’re falling apart.

Exceptional 10.0
Fun, comfortable, but dated
The water park was a lot of fun for the kids. The lazy river is the main attraction and was very nice. Don’t go if you think you are going to enjoy water slides. There’s only one really small one. The service and comfort of the hotel was nice but it is definitely dated. It has a ton of potential to be a top notch Twitter with some renovation which is coming in a couple years.

An embarrassment to the Hilton name.
The staff was great, as was the weather. That's as positive as this review gets. This is no longer a "resort" in any stretch of the word. That its still a Hilton product is embarrassing. It used to be an awesome pool with a good resort, and it's now less than a Motel 6 as the accommodations. Even the pool is wearing down now, which is disappointing. There are missing chunks from baby pool floor, cracks in pool coping, chairs are in disrepair. Facilities in need of bad face lift. And that is just the pool area. Inside, this is no longer a resort, nor is it worth the money they charge to stay. It is well used, and needed a rehab 5 years ago. We stayed here last year and I thought of doing a review, but figured a rehab was imminent. Disappointed they didn't use COVID to do some updates. Cracks in flooring of every elevator we rode on. Chips on formica walls in elevators. Chipped and moldy tiles in shower. Caulking missing and in need of refreshing. paint scuffed throughout unit, water damage in bathroom floor trim. Doors don't shut, and just looks "worn out."

Pool was dirty. Bars and restaurants were closed. Hot tubs broken. Loud outdoor event at night. Hotel needs a total remodel

Family staycation
We booked our stay here for the pools, slide and lazy river. There's easy access to the amenities, friendly service, and beautiful mountain surroundings. The suites are small but clean and comfortable. Drawback, there were 10 children in the hot tub meant for adults probably because the lazy river was closed. If you are coming for the pools, double check the hours of operation before booking.

Old and needs updating
Hotel told my husband during check in that we were getting an upgrade and will be in the new building. The hotel is old outdated, the fridge was barely cold and the bed felt like rocks. After 2 nights my husband not sleeping due to the bed we went to front desk and spoke with a make rep. My husband addressed the issue and stated if we get a room with better bed we could stay if not we'll leave. So the front desk was ok with us leaving the hotel for the other 2 nights left of our stay.

COVID excuses
The most I have payed for this resort and now you only have access to a portion of what is advertized. No resturants, food service is at one of the pools from 11 A.M. to 4 P.M. and also from the gift shop. No tea and coffee in common arreas. And be prepared to pay resort fees and resort taxes at check in." not included in booking price" call ahead to see what your getting the app is sugesting that they still operate with all shops open.
