Historical hotel few steps away from the main train station. Excellent staff, clean and good size bathroom. But room is small for the price we paid and if provide a few more small and nice touches that would be fantastic. Will stay again

Location was fantastic. Staff was so friendly and the breakfast was delicious. We traveled with our kid and it was a great hotel for us. Concierge was amazing. She gave us so many ideas of places to see.

10/10 Exceptional

All staff had been very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast staff and food especially fantastic, very nice teamwork creating a very pleasant start to the day. Location could not be better with all transport links across or along the road. As main train station are in big cities not the cleanest surroundings but safe and I would stay there again and recommend his hotel - I travelled alone and stayed 4 days.

We were dissapointed because the air conditioner was shut off. The hotel was chiar because you advertise the air conditioner. Your Front desk employee Alejandro was very helpful and professional, helped us find places to visit which otherwise we could find. Very impressed by his attitude, you are lucky to have him. The breakfast was very tasty and all the persons who work for breakfast room were very attentive. Hope to return to your hotel one day.

Great hotel with lots of food and drink nearby and close to the train station. The staff were extremely helpful and helped me locate some personal belongings I left behind and really went out of their way to make sure I was able to retrieve them. Special thanks to Patricia and Miriam.

8/10 Very good

Hotel was clean and well presented with good breakfast options available for all taste. Room 640 was adequate however no kettle was available for making tea, this had to be collected from reception if you wanted one. Only negative was seen on floor 6 with a broken light fitting and some of the wallpaper starting to appear to come away. If staying at threat of the hotel please be aware of the noise from the 24 hour garage and electrical services below.

10/10 Exceptional

Very friendly staff, beautiful property and room, loved the bathroom and bed was very comfortable from an American perspective (not like sleeping on a cement slab). Parking is €30/day and offsite (3-5 min walk), but easy in & out.
Verified review

8/10 Very good

The hotel and staff were lovely. Breakfast is until midday which is good for those who like a lay in. The only complaint I have is that our king-size bed had two single duvets instead of a king-size duvet which was impractical. I went to reception and asked for a duvet to fit the whole bed but housekeeping didn't come to change it for the two nights we were there.

2/10 Poor

Chaotic breakfast, tiny gym, staff unwilling to help. Not much positive tonsay about this stay really…. Oh, great location 👍
Verified review

6/10 Good

For a hotel that calls itself 4 stars superior, many things were lacking. Blackout curtains in the room were one of them. I was forced to wake up at 5:30 am every day. Breakfast was too crowded, making service slow. I suggest setting up a serving area that is compatible with the number of guests. Elevators were quite slow. It also seems that the number of elevators is not compatible with the number of guests. Staff were helpful and attentive.
