Avoid this hotel
I always take negative reviews with a grain of salt but I wished I had listened. This was a stop on a long road trip. I appreciated that they are pet friendly but as others have mentioned, this hotel is hugely disappointing. It seems like they’ve focused on the lobby and nothing else. I was shocked that this is a Hilton hotel. Our room was dirty, smelled, had random wet spots in the carpet, a broken refrigerator, and broken outlets. The restaurant in the hotel was also dirty. Given how consistent the negative reviews are, it’s telling that no effort has been made to make improvements.

Stay AWAY
Hotel was very overpriced. Four Seasons rates for a Motel 6. Staff not friendly or helpful Reserved a suite specifically for the sofa bed. Called 3 times for sheets and blankets. Never delivered. Claimed there was an emergency and they were on the way each time I called looking for them. Had to replace keys 3 times. Each time I did so there were 3-5 other guests doing the same thing. More of an annoyance than anything, but they obviously know it’s an issue.

Bad time at Union Station
We went to the ball game and after we returned all of the restaurants we closed but for room service. I made multiple attempts to order. When I did get ahold of them she was rude and we never received our order. Tried the front desk several times but no answer. Never again!!!!!

Very cool hotel
We loved this location! It was a lot of fun, there was a lot to do within the hotel and we visited the city and science museum as well. The only complaint I have is that the service was a little slow. Several times we would call down for items we needed during our stay and would get no answer or a super long delay in getting items that we called and cancelled them. Room service for breakfast was good. We didn’t eat at any of the other restaurants tho, but they did look great.

The hotel is very run down and dirty. The sink didn’t drain properly, and the showers were dirty. The hotel parking was full on Saturday due to a wedding event. We had already paid for the parking, so not sure how the hotel wouldn’t make sure it was available. There were also issue opening doors to our room, the pool, and some of the entrance doors. The hotel should focus on making this a better experience for others as I will never return.
