    Opened 4 months ago. Very clean and good size rooms. Good firm bed but pillows too soft for me! Food and drinks very reasonable for a 4* hotel. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Not far from the bus station and the tram links. All in all a very nice hotel!!!!!

    This is a new property so I am chalking these issues up to being open for only a short time. The two issues I had were that for 3 days in a row my room key got deprogrammed; when I asked what could be done about this issue, I was told that it “just happened sometimes” and not to keep my key near my phone (which I had not done been doing in any case). This is not an acceptable answer. The issue was finally resolved when I asked them to give me an entirely new key. The other issue was that on the last full day of my 6 night stay, no one had come in to clean the room — the bed was unmade and the wastebaskets has not been emptied; I also never received new towels during the entire stay. Again, the property may be ramping up their operations, but I had higher expectations of a Hilton Garden Inn.
