Nice stay
Stayed here for a weekend during my daughter’s softball tournament. Staff was friendly, room was clean, jacuzzi was nice and warm. Breakfast could be better but they had better options than some other hotels I was looking into: bagel, yogurt, hard boiled eggs. I didn’t used the fitness room but it was open. I would stay again.

Reasonably priced stay! Wuhan garbage rules required by the govt impacted the usual breakfast options. The management did their best to accommodate coffee preps, made some foods available...all in all good options to the standard hot breakfast were offered! Pool was clean and hot tub was HOT! Great place to land for a few days in the Feb AZ sun!

Friendly staff, very clean, and the hotel's location is perfect for getting in and out of Tempe. Very close to downtown and many attractions. Cold breakfast bar on the go was convenient due to covid. Most other hotels have completely shut down their dining room. Pool amenities were open which were nice. Felt very safe staying in this hotel during covid.

Had a great stay here. Room was very clean and comfortable and the front desk lady Angela (hope thats right) was the more than gracious and courteous during my check in. Will definitely stay again.

Not up to Hampton standard!
April at the reception desk was great. The hotel however is beat up, and the first room we got was not properly made. The bedsheets were coming off, and were not ironed. We were accommodated to another room however, bed and pillows were lumpy, and same with the sheets and pillow cases. Corners are being cut and sheets and pillow cases are not being ironed. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but checked out after the first night.

I truly enjoyed my stay! The location was close to a a lot of open restaurants and a mall. My room was clean and the hotel was immaculate. Spent an hour in the hot tub with my wife, it was nice. Would highly recommend if you’re in Phoenix.
