Overall decent room and stay.
Good overall. Excellent breakfast. Decent shower with shower gel and soap provided. The side lift was a bit tiny. TV is okay. No complaints at all except two small ones: - Mattress seems old and very saggy. - Left luggage: they don’t tag system, it is sort of self service and a bit less secure as a result, so maybe just have tagging system so that is a way of monitoring deposit/removal, and keep a camera pointed in that area too.

Staff - great, helpful and friendly. Location - excellent, 5-10 minute walk from Euro Midi station. Breakfast - basic, adequate, usual buffet-type with tasteless scrambled egg but plenty to fill up on. Room - dated, worn but clean. Partial modernisation of bathroom. Toilet dribbled water from the cistern continuously - needs repair. Lino floor in bedroom, slightly leaking oil-filled portable radiator. Window sealed shut but draughty (could not be opened). Room ok for me but it is for 3 people yet only one seat and a wardrobe for one person with 3 coat hangers. Bed comfortable but lacking a headboard. Quiet even though facing street. Building workers started early in hotel (7am?) and left the lift in a dusty mess that was never cleaned off. Would stay there again but not as first choice.

It was the third time that we have stayed in the hotel with my daughter. Everything was perfect especially the breakfast. The quality and the quantity of breakfast is 5 *. That's the main reason, and of course the cleanness and the comfort of the rooms.

Was ok overall. Room was tucked back behind the elevator so it was very loud all night. Breakfast was ok. Nothing special. No coffee in room. Was not a good area and not close to anything.
