Staff was amazing, our housekeeper Balal was awesome and made sure we had everything we needed everyday. Our overwater bungalow was beautiful and the snorkeling right outside our room was awesome. A dream vacation at the best location
When you think about paradise, you thing about Varu beach villa with a pool. 5 days of dream vacation. The amazing staff, best service, alway with a smile. The food at Lime&Chilli main resterunt is great. Kaage and NU are amazing (and I'll review them separately). 2 things to make it better and to take into consideration for improvement: 1) The hot water in the showers is fluctuating from hot to cold every minute(something I also saw in European hotels). So its 30 seconds cold and 30 seconds hot boiled. 2) our villa was near a building that maybe had a generator, pumps, the hot water boilers or something else. The vibrating sound(like a jet engine) was, for some reason, amplified in our room, so I had to sleep with earplugs, that only reduced the sound by 30%. So I didnt sleep for 5 days :) But... it didnt decrease from my overall enjoyment of the vacation. I have to say thst is was out best vacation ever.
