Disappointing
Front desk personell was very friendly. However, the heater in our room was broken. It was 16° outside and we were only offered a small personal heater. Made for a miserable night.

Not a good hotel
In our room the thermostat, some outlets, the TV, and the telephone did not work. We notified them but after two days of being ignored, we cancelled the remaining two days and moved to another hotel. The second day, we asked when rooms got cleaned and were told to request it 24 hours in advance. We did and that request was ignored also. One employee told us that the room we were given, it was known that the thermostat didn't work, so we don't understand why we were given that room. The hotel was not full.

Air conditioning and shower broke in our first room. Got moved to a second where the air conditioning was still struggling to produce cold air. Customer service did their best to accommodate us given it was 9pm however both rooms were subpar.
