I had to talk to many staff about early and late check in and they put me through without telling me. They explained that I can't check in early and I got it then I asked them about late check in but they thought that I tried to get early check in. Their voice were not good; sound like annoying. I had to make them stop and listen to me carefully that I'd like to inform them about late check in.
