BEWARE, DO NOT STAY HERE! INFESTED AND SCAMMED. Our room had an infestation and we unfortunately had to relocate in the early hours of the morning to an alternative hotel. We were reassured by the owner (via Katerina) that a full refund would be provided, however, as soon as we left Split the owner stopped responding to all communication. When he did finally respond he refused to provide a refund, regardless of the fact the property was infested and he had originally agreed that he would refund the full stay due to this - we even had evidence of this conversation. Truly unpleasant experience, incredibly unprofessional service with no empathy shown to customers (Katarina was lovely, however, she is simply the communicator between the owner and the customer, she can’t help with matters). I definitely wouldn’t recommend this property, unless you want to leave with an infestation and a heap of cash loss! Avoid this property’s scamming.

Lovely weeks stay
Lovely apartment in perfect location for the centre of Split. Apartment had everything we needed however a toaster would have been nice. Air conditioning unit was only in the main room which meant the bedroom became awfully hot during the nights. The apartment suited us well as a family of 3. I wouldn't like to stay there with 4 people. The apartment is up two flights of stairs with no lift so not suitable for people with mobility issues. I would definitely recommend the apartment for 3 people and would stay again.

Nice pkace, everything as described.
Our stay was really good. The apartment is a short walk from the bus station and an even shorter walk to old town. There is a bakery and grocery store nearby. The place is ckean and roomy.

SUPER Logement !!!!
Très satisfait de notre séjour! Le logement est très bien placé, très propre et moderne. Nous avons apprécié la possibilité de prendre le café ou thé, et nous avons utilisé le frigo. La salle de bain est très propre et spacieuse. Katarina est toujours disponible pour répondre aux questions, et très réactive. C'est sans hésitation que nous recommandons ce logement.
