BEWARE, DO NOT STAY HERE! INFESTED AND SCAMMED. Our room had an infestation and we unfortunately had to relocate in the early hours of the morning to an alternative hotel. We were reassured by the owner (via Katerina) that a full refund would be provided, however, as soon as we left Split the owner stopped responding to all communication. When he did finally respond he refused to provide a refund, regardless of the fact the property was infested and he had originally agreed that he would refund the full stay due to this - we even had evidence of this conversation. Truly unpleasant experience, incredibly unprofessional service with no empathy shown to customers (Katarina was lovely, however, she is simply the communicator between the owner and the customer, she can’t help with matters). I definitely wouldn’t recommend this property, unless you want to leave with an infestation and a heap of cash loss! Avoid this property’s scamming.
