Terrible stay, very rude staff, breakfast on the first day was terrible you have to ask their very rude waiters for bacon and sausage. Two of their waiter that day are very rude. So disappointing stay. Their sheets are not fragrant qqqq QQ

Quality hotel nestled in Parma
Hotel is ery good for a short stay. Location is perfect for touring Parma or visit to PARC Ducale. Coffee at breakfast excellent as are the small custard pies- room was very big; ensuite outstanding with power shower. Very good value for money.

Nice hotel. Friendly people. Nice room (large suite). Only problem was it was unbearably hot out and we couldn't seem to get the air conditioning to work correctly; we were fairly uncomfortable much of the time in the room.

Walking distance to major sites and train station. Rooms were clean & great value for the price. Bathrooms are adequate - nothing fancy. Staff was great and was helpful.we didn’t get a chance to use the gym, but it’s easily accessible. Would definitely stay again
