Showing signs of ageing. Window didn't really shut properly which, when facing the main road, wasn't great at all. Larger 80s style room has been updated. No hairdryer in my room.

I stay here regularly. It is functional, well located for central Ipswich and generally good service. The reception staff could do with being a bit more switched on and alert! Restaurant staff are very good and helpful. Only downside is phone signal not great (EE)
