I would say it’s a mediocre hotel in the area. Location is very comfortable as you can get to all touristic spots in a walking distance. Photos look more fancy than the room in reality. We had an issue with hot water, but it seams it’s fine for most buildings in NOLA, so you need to wait for 5-10 minutes until water will be warmer. Also our toilet was clogged and we saw pretty big cockroach. Service desk was attentive and friendly.

The hotel was pretty nice. We enjoyed our stay and loved the location. Somethings would of been nicer like a fridge in room but that’s being picky. Bathrooms are a bit small but overall a great place to stay if you aren’t planning on spending a lot of time in the room.

NOLA’s best hotel!
Hotel was excellent. Perfect location. Just outside the Bourbon Street party district, but close enough to walk to everything. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Couldn’t be happier with our stay.

New Year's Eve in New Orleans
The stay was FANTASTIC!!!. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and welcoming!! Perfect location, two blocks away from Bourbon Street, Royal Street, and four blocks away from the WWII Museum.., Huge thanks to Cynthia. Molly. Lewdell, Peter, and Dave... we didn't have a fridge in our room but the staff brought one up for us and showed us all the hotspots of New Orleans. Parking was across the street
