Hotel was clean, we were checked in in a timely manner. I couldn’t find the ice machine on my floor, 2nd floor and when I tried to call no answer but I know they were busy checking in other guest. we walked in rather late from a concert and the person at the front desk did not even look up to greet us. I feel that could be a security issue for her & guest. They need to pay attention to who’s coming.
