Great location with views of the lake
Great location in the center of Hanoi, walking distance to all the attractions. There was of plenty of food options close by and the hotel restaurant and rooftop bar also high quality. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Would stay again

We booked this hotel for our wedding anniversary and regretted it so much, because we had the worst night there. Our room had a window facing a super busy avenue with never ending honking, and then someone decided to sing karaoke right under the window until 3am on maximum volume (with a huge speaker). Then, at 7am, dancing started in a part in front of the window, again, it was so loud, we couldn't even be in the room. This is the noisiest place we've ever been to. We tried to change the room, but they told us that they have none available. In the morning, they apologised about the noise and offered us a free transfer or a small partial refund in exchange for not publishing a review online - of course we refused. This practice is so horrible and dishonest! That explains the high rating of this hotel - so artificial! If we knew about the noise, we would have never booked this hotel. The most disappointing experience ever.

Great staff Great location!
Great location. Staff was incredible. Comfortable room. I was on the front of the building which proved slightly noisy with weekend lake events going on but slept wonderfully in the comfortable bed even so. The tub/shower requires high stepping into which could be challenging for those with mobility issues. Also my colleagues had rooms without windows- it didn’t bother them per se but personally I welcomed the lovely balcony!
