There was a mix up on the room I selected, but between hotels.com & the actual hotel the figured it immediately and fixed the problem. The room was clean, the tub was clean, & the bed was amazingly comfortable! The area was quiet & the location was convenient.

Perfect Stay!
A lovely, beautiful hotel! The woodwork is gorgeous. The inside pool is small, but a nice feature. Breakfast was excellent. Everything was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay there again!

HORRIBLE SERVICE-
Horrible customer service!! Rooms overbooked, rude front desk attendants. They were annoyed we had questions, no people skills, and don’t realize that there comments can be heard from the second floor.At one point the girl named Melissa stomped into the back office and slammed the door when I had questions about switching room the next day. It was so bad the fact we didn’t even get a pillow to sleep on the floor wasn’t even the biggest issue. We were there as a large party but we will never go back. The rooms were decent but the demeanor of the front desk made it a very uncomfortable stay. -
