I paid 367 UDS to stay one night at this hotel. Given the price, I was disappointed in the service. At check-in, I was waiting in line to check-in when another client approaches (queue jumps) and begins speaking to woman the working behind the desk. She proceeds to have a conversation with him, never asking him to wait his turn. At the end of the conversation, she looks down and does not engage with me. When her colleague next to her asks her if she intends to help me, she replies that she can not because she is searching for something. When I finally do get waited on, the person who checks me in fails to take an imprint of my credit card. So, later, when I am at lunch in the hotel restaurant, the restaurant staff does not allow me to sign the bill, and I am required to go upstairs to my room and bring down my credit card to pay. The restaurant attendent tells me this is a consistent problem that has been brought to the regional manager, yet the problem remains unresolved. The value proposition for me of this particular hotel is convenience. The sloppiness of the service calls into question the usefulness of the hotel, especially at the prices charged.
