Kiva hotelli! Hyvä asiakaspalvelu, siistiä, hiljaiset huoneet, hyvä sänky, upea maisema. Palvelut loistavat, kun sisätiloja pitkin pääsee shoppaamaan ja syömään. Saunatilat voisivat olla paremmat, kiuas oli ylimitoitettu (liian kuuma) eikä mitään istuma-/vilvoittelualuetta ole.

Huoneen yleisilme oli siisti ja moderni. Varustelutaso oli riittävä minun tarpeisiini. Aamiais buffetti oli mielestäni kattava ja monipuolinen, sekä maukas. Hotellin erillinen sisäänpääsy kauppakeskuksen ja juna-aseman puolelle oli käytännöllinen, kun meni hakemaan herkkuja kaupasta yöaikaan. . . . The overall feel of the room was clean and modern. The room had a dufficient equipment level. And The bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good in taste and variety, at least to my standards. The hotels own separate entrance to the shopping center was good so you could go to The 24h market to get snacks around the clock without having to go outside.

Due COVID restriction in restaurant openinf rimes we chose Tripla as a location. Biggest shopping mall in Nordic, plenty of different style restaurants, great for shopping and leisure. Brand new hotel, good service and standard in general. TV channels had some problem with signal quality.
