The place looked like a dump, garbage spewed on the ground near an entrance to 1 of the buildings. Problem with one of the beds when we first arrived. Staff accommodated us and was very nice but the overall look of the hotel has gone downhill.

It was a great stay from check in, to check out. Very nice staff, and the room was very spacious. Definitely using anytime im in Stratford.

Pleasantly surprised
We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at the Quality Inn. The pool area was great and our room was nicely decorated and clean. We would have liked to have information with pool hours and menus for restaurant in room.

We I spoke to the front desk she said that we were in the wing with the workman staying at the hotel instead of the nicer part because we got a deal on Expedia. When I said that I would like to use the pool and did not want to travel outside as it was snowing she would not move us into the main building Please have an option on your website so I can book a hotel were I can use the pool easily,

could not turn down the heat in the room to a comfortable temperature and also it took 10 minutes for the water to warm up to have a shower

Hotel was very nice. Pool area is unique with a garden and a porch and all indoors. Wanted to use hot tub but water was dirty and jets did not work well at all. Sauna was not working either.. just the pool
