Really nice room with all the required amenities in a good location 5 minutes from Taoyuan station. 30 minutes on the express train to Taipei station. Location was slightly difficult to find first time round but not impossible if you keep looking for the blue city suites sign. Can be relatively loud throughout the evening due to other selfish guests and the constant Xmas music played throughout the corridors ALL evening. Would definitely stay again if they turned off the Xmas music at a reasonable time.

Weird entrance
When we get to the hotel it was very late, we could barely find the lift to go up to the hotel floor. There is little or hidden indication of the hotel entrance. There are two separate lifts to get to the hotel floor. One with old guys smoking and playing games, the other is hidden by some street food stalls. We spent five nights there and only one roll of toilet paper on the holder, no spare and we have to ask. One day the cleaner even forgot to close our room door. Though nothing stolen, not happy at all. Location is great.

Excellent location and very clean suite
The size of the suite is pretty decent, tight for North American standards. I didn’t thought it was only a 1 bedroom suite, but can accommodate 4 more people on Japanese futon in the living area. The place is very clean. Generally, the experience was excellent. It seems like taxis, or airport transfer services are not too familiar of Coto Shibuya 3, probably you may want to publish the address with airport transfer service as it is sometimes difficult to explain to the Japanese driver the address of the location. It was a excellent stay. Thank you.
