The reserved delux studio apartment was not available on our check in date. We were given a smaller room instead and told it was the only room available at the hotel. The hotel offered to move us to a delux studio apartment the following day, though not the same apartment we had during our previous stay there 4 days prior. Upon viewing the apartment on offer, we found that it had no closets and no kitchen island, leaving the kitchen with almost no counter space. The layout felt much smaller. We decided it was not worth moving for 1 night. It took the entire afternoon to contact Expedia help and obtain a refunded for the cost difference between what we had reserved and where we were put. Needless to say we were not happy with our experience at Sucre Suites this time around.
