Mercure Rouen Centre Cathedrale, Rouen, France

Clean, comfortable and very good location. The room was a bit small for a family with 2 kids but otherwise everything was fine.

Very nice hotel, great location, very friendly and helpful staff and very clean and tidy accommodation

Fabulous location, but extremely difficult to drive to the hotel, despite having directions from the hotel. There was a post blocking the street they said to travel on, so we went around in circles for a while until a local finally directed us to go the wrong way on a narrow one way street and we arrived at the hotel. Apparently there was a code for the barrier, but how were we to know that? Hotel is very basic, but clean. However, we had a view of the spire of the Cathedral from our room and the location just off the main square is fabulous.

Room suite was very comfortable and roomy. Views of the cathedral were amazing. Room amenities were great (loved the Nuxe bath products). Air conditioning was fine for the heat wave (husband thought it could be slightly stronger). We didn’t do breakfast as it seemed overpriced. Bartenders and front desk people were extremely professional and attentive. Overall, it was perfect for a family of four and, especially for the price, we would highly recommend.

Perfectly located in the center of town. Strong AC that was a huge plus during our stay in the middle of a heat wave. Staff was helpful and pleasant
