8/10 Very good

Wonderful staff, very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Great Breakfast except a bit slow to replenish items, and considering we were in Yorkshire the worst sausages I have ever tasted, I'm not even convinced they were pork!. Good room and comfy bed. Would return.

Very clean, comfortable bed, efficient hot breakfast, we were in a very quiet room so it was perky for us, and good value too for being close to where we were going in Leeds.

10/10 Exceptional

Clean, large hotel. Perfectly situated for Leeds Grand theatre a short walk away. Chose to walker a slightly longer route to avoid an underpass. Surrounding roads busy but can't hear traffic from 4th floor room. Blackout blind, heavy curtains and net curtains afford privacy and quiet. Quirky bathroom/wardrobe door arrangement. Lovely comfy bed and super shower in the well lit bathroom. Highly recommend and we are staying again later in thr year

4/10 Fair

The hotel staff are very pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself not so good. The rooms are tired and need upgrading. The gym was completely out of action due to renovation. However this was not communicated at the time of booking or at any time after. The breakfast was below par for the chain. A lot less choice, eg fruit or absence of items - eg pastries. We had travelled from an overnight stay at the Hampton by Hilton in Manchester and it was markedly better than the hotel in Leeds and cheaper. When checking out, we weren’t even asked how are stay was. I’m guessing the staff know the answer. In its current state - one to avoid.
