    There Was Blood Stains In Our Room

    Upon walking in, the hotel looked pretty decent. That changes after check in time. The first thing I noticed was the blood stains on the carpet. I thought that was some kind of joke, we went back to the receptionist and asked for a room change and was refused. Unfortunately, I wasn’t the only person who had the blood stain problems. Another visiter came after us with the same complaints and was refused a room change as well. There is NO comfort at all about the hotel. The sheets were really itchy and the floor was more comfortable than the bed. After 6 hours in, we found another hotel and checked out. But wait..that’s not all. The hotel double charged us for the room :( talk about irony! It’s covid 19 folks so if the rooms weren’t clean, then I’m pretty sure their COVID standards aren’t up to date either.

    Don't waste your money

    The bathroom toilet was dirty when we checked in. It also seemed as if they threw the bathroom together really quick. The internet code they gave us didn't work. They have a resort fee which includes business center access but they charge 25 cents per page. The only nice thing that they had was a nice size refrigerator in the room.

    The worst customer service I've ever experienced. During this Covid situation, I couldn't belive that I was checked into an unclear room. The manager () placed the blame on me and would discount any cost. If i could file a lawsuit, I would.

    The place is so dirty, and it loiks like is falling apart! I do not recomend it at all.

    Do not book here!

    There was no hot water running for the entire weekend we stayed. The card reader on our room door only worked with the staffs badge so we had to depend on them opening the door to our room. Do not recommend this hotel.

    Would not recommend

    Our room wasn't the most pleasant view. Giant dark stains in the carpet. A/c that did not work. Hot water in the shower had went out. Called front desk to see where ice machine was, they said it was only located in the lobby which would have been ok if our building was attached and not a drive away. They said they would bring us ice, that was 4 days ago and now I'm still waiting.... at my house. I wouldn't recommend this place. But i guess you get what you pay for.

    Quick trip to LAV

    Check in was easy, desk agent pleasant. Hallway of building 3 reeked of pot. Room smelled horrible. Went outside to book another hotel and the Operations Manager Ken overheard our conversation and stated "you get what you pay for" with a smile. He explained the motel was recently acquired by a group that has an extensive reno planned and plans for a 37 story resort for the lot next door was underway. He facilitated changing our room to building 1 for us. The room did not reek of pot. Moved our stuff and stayed the night. No coffee the next morning, in the room nor the lobby. Considering Covid and just taking over, I get it. Purchase of in room pots recommended. Thank goodness we stayed in Vegas only one night.
