I was trying to check in early because my kids were tired but everytime I called went to voicemail. When I asked about parking they didn't have enough parking. I usually can leave my car for the rest of the day at any hotel without being charged and this one will charge if you leave it past 1pm. Check in was easy for me but I saw front desk goving another man a harder time eventhough it was already past check in time the guy's room wasn't ready they couldn't do nothing for him not even a bottle of water while waiting. They should have comp his room at this point one free night or late check out at least. Front desk was not friendly to him. My room was humid with a small odor... however location is great so I chose this place specifically for that reason. I bring my own sheets and air freshener because I can't expect to much of this place. I stay here mainly for location so my kids can nap during the day without to much time wasted in travels to and from DCA/DL.
