Stay if you wish cleaning your own rooms / toilets
The front staff needs to know what smile is ... They voluntarily do not want to smile and customers are no customers here. You feel like staying in an rental apartmet with strict front office job. The worst part of the hotel is their policy of one time housekeeping / week stay ... you have to bring your trash / towels on your own and pick the new ones ... Honestly i havent seen such an ugly policy even in budget hotels.In fact i had to extend my booking with a new reservation , even then they couldnt change their stupid policy considering it as a new booking.For my last night , i voluntarily make a new booking for one night and changed my rooms just to have a cleaner room.I wish not to stay again
