Horrible customer service
The hotel itself was beautiful! Looked exactly like pictures and was clean. The service however was HORRIBLE!! We wanted our room decorated for a friends birthday and they said “oh yeah, yeah, whatever you want. we’ll get it all decorated and cleaned for the day” got back to the room hours later to find they still hadn’t even came to clean the room. Called the front desk and then they said “I’m sorry, we don’t offer that for decorations. It’s all extra and needs to be pre arranged” also that the room now “won’t be cleaned until the next day!!” I also read prior to booking about there being an issue reserving restaurants so I called when looking to book and they reassured me that there would be NO issue booking and there’s plenty of spots to eat. Once again got to the hotel and tried to book a reservation for a birthday dinner and there was NO available reservations for all the restaurants and that we’d have to go to the buffet. They told us it gets booked 2 days in advance. We finally got into a restaurant for dinner and the food was not good whatsoever. The breakfast buffet and casual lunch taco spots were the only good meal there. Day two had ANOTHER issue with them not cleaning our room for the day. Had to call and complain and finally got someone to come clean. Overall the customer service was the worst I’ve experienced in all my trips to Mexico. I’d never come back nor recommend to any friends.

The food is decent, service sucks. Overall clean hotel with good campsite. They really need to get better way of reserving the restaurants, with their platform in place it’s extremely difficult. I would never had gone here if I new how bad the service are.
