Horrible.
It was a great stay. However the person at the front desk was so rude and awful that I decided to limit my stay to one night due to how rude they were. Lots of rooms were open but they only seemed to have one room available…..she was so rude to me and tried to take my whole $50 deposit because they said we stole a rag which we did not after they checked out hotel again. I will not be staying at another one of these hotels again due to this experience. I’ve never had a worse experience nor have I ever been treated so rudely by a host at a hotel service desk.
