Not the Swiss Hotel anymore
My wife and I had stayed at this hotel a few times before when it still was the Swiss Hotel, and again right after it became a Westin hotel.
The overall quality has decreased over the last three years. It is still good, but not as good as it used to be. For instance, there was no soap in the room, and only one cup for water/coffee. We had to call for some of these items. It is the attention to detail that distinguishes a good hotel from a great hotel.
Finally, we got two breakfast sandwiches the day we left. At previous stays, these were great, but this time they were not good at all to say it mildly.
