I was underwhelmed for the price.

Staff was very accommodating and rooms are great.

Very good 8.0
We booked this resort an hour before we arrived. Upon arrival the desk staff Antoine was incredible. He provided input on a great room with a requested view! We had to wait a short time for our room to be cleaned but he provided a complimentary drink ticket while we waited. He then followed up with us in the lounge when room was ready. The bartender Kim was very friendly and accommodating as well. The amenities were ok. The pool was great but no service at the poolside bar. Room service also didn’t exist at this time either. All understandable though at this time of Covid. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property and friendly, helpful staff. We also can highly recommend their restaurant, Bob’s Steakhouse. Fantastic filet and trimmings, but don’t skip dessert! Yum!

Poor 2.0
I have to say for a famous resort they certainly don’t care about who they hire or their limited services. The restaurant Bobs was subpar at best but what’s worse is there is no staff. Someone had either stolen the fridge in our “upgraded room with a view of a tree”

The view was fantastic! The staff was excellent. And the room was very comfortable.

Poor 2.0
Horrible service.
My family and decided to do a little vacation here and it was just terrible. The front desk never answered the phone when we called. We had to walk down to the pool to grab pool towels because we couldn’t get ahold of anyone. The bed was so squeaky and the sheets were rough. For how much we spent it was not worth it.

Poor 2.0
A hotel that seems to dislike its guests
Started out on the wrong foot, hotel asked a Fee for early check-in (which I have paid never to any hotel anywhere, USA or overseas). 10 PER HOUR --- and not because they were so busy (pkg lot 10% full). Then my upgraded room well so well serviced it did NOT have SOAP. The second day I was napping when they arrived (no DND sign available) and they could not notice the room is dark, even after partly opening the door, and yelling through the crack. Never came back that day. The next day I was out of Kleenex so removed the empty box from the dispenser making it obvious. It was not replaced. The in-room "fridge" is not a fridge, it only keeps your things at 65F, unsuitable for food. (A sticker informs you this is to keep your pills cool, fully 7 cooler than the room.) The grounds are rather poorly designed and difficult to navigate --- you get a map, but there are NO signs to direct you to your room. You must stick your head into one cul-de-sac after another until you figure out where your room is. The pool looks good, but (like some other hotels) you are supposed to wear a wrist band to prove you are there legit.
