An uncomfortable stay.
An uncomfortable stay. This hotel should not be accepting guests during renovation. What was explained to me as an external paint job turned out to be a loud construction that began at 7 AM. No excuses ! Rooms look old, unattractive looking.

I did not like the attitude of the receptionist during my grandson’s check in procedure. His explanation about the hotel policy of grandchildren’s check in was not solution based. If the regulations say we must show written permission from the parents, this must be with a warning note both in Expedia and hotels web page.
