Amazing view. Easy to find from Penn station. Food and convenience items close by.
I was very impressed with the safety precautions during the Covid Pandemic environment. Staff was great. Great location. Would highly recommend and stay there again.
Location is great. Tv didn’t work. Three channels had no sound people screaming in halls all night and slamming doors.
Room had a leak I think from the ceiling and it was covered with a plastic bag. Absolutely not ok.
Really great location, even better view! Would recommend.
Paid for two beds, midsized room and clerk at counter changed it to one and gave me a tiny tiny room, did have a view of the side of a Building. Was tired from trip and wanted to relax so let it pass, but room was barely big enough to hold the bed.
The property is at an excellent location and walking distance to everything downtown. The staff was very safe with taking temperatures and making sure you belonged in the hotel.
Hotel was decent, walking distance to Times Square, actually walking distance to many tourists attractions, just not impressed with the overall look of the actual city of New York. Still had a great Birthday Weekend with my hubby
The thermostat wasn't working, it was cold in the room & no extra blanket nor sheets was i in the room closet . There was no frigerator in the room also.
This is my second visit to this hotel and it’s even better now as part of the Wyndham family. Except for the minor glitch checking in and the inconvenience of traveling during a pandemic , the stay was very enjoyable. I love this place for two reasons: 1- it is super convenient being close to Penn Station AND many of the thing that draw you to Manhattan! 2- it’s a classic Big city hotel from a bygone era and exudes that style that I love. I’m sure I’ll stay there again.
