Breakfast was nearly out when we went to eat, the front area chairs were very dirty, the pillows were either very flat or too cushioned. I had odd number of towels for 2 night stay and when asked for more, I really couldn’t get them. They did give me 30 min additional for checkout so that was nice. Good place to stay for conferences or downtown events. Very short walk to the conference center, and 16th street is right behind the hotel so there is a lot of food and shopping. The hotel itself is well kept. The rooms are decent size and my king room had a kitchen with sink, dishwasher, microwave, and a good-sized fridge. The breakfast was decent as well, with eggs, sausage/bacon, potatoes, and a lot of bread, cereal, oatmeal and fruit options. I felt secure as well because you need to use your key to get to your floor. There is a convenient self-service store on the first floor, paid laundry room in the basement, and a bar in the lobby. I would definitely stay there again for a conference.

I stayed here for three days over a business trip. The breakfast included was a great value, although I would suggest getting there early. All of the staff were very helpful and polite, there was a fitness center mostly cardio based that I took advantage of. My room was very nice, my bed and pillow pillows, were a bit softer than I would personally preferred, The location was great, very close to a lot of restaurants, shops, movie, theater, and stores. I had a kitchenette in my room, which the local stores helped me to get food to be able to eat out of my own room as opposed to dining out every meal.

In town for a concert so the hotel was at max capacity. The staff (especially housekeeping) worked very hard to get the rooms cleaned and honors members checked in early. We had been there checking on a room since 9:30 am, obviously way too early lol. We only got to check in 30 minutes early but we did get a free room upgrade for the wait. Overall, we had a good experience for the 1 night we stayed. Beds were comfortable. Free breakfast was good!
