    Had a great stay. Only complaint is that the pillows on the bed are aweful. Ive stayed in cheaper hotels with better support pillows. But the hotel itself and everything else was great. And great view of the city!

    Excellent experience with beautiful view

    Excellent hotel, beautiful and super clean, large rooms. Parking is on-site and comfortable. Easy commute to Manhattan with ferry crossing the Hudson. Great walk up and down the river with NYC skyline view.

    Nice place to stay

    The Hotel was nice, front desk was very welcoming, very helpful, gave us directions how to use the bus and ferry to go to the city, The beds were clean and comfortable The room was big (the only thing is that it doesn’t have a microwave or refrigerator) for the price it was expensive The location was very convenient Is you using the bus and ferry You need to know the schedule Over all nice friendly place

    Worst Stay in a While

    I would never, EVER stay here again. My husband and I spent a good, two days speaking of our experience at this place, post-checkout. First off, the staff are rude. They are not friendly and welcoming at all. In fact, when I arrived at the front desk and stood there on without moving forward, on purpose, the hotel attendant stood right there and waited a good two second before giving me a nod… a nod, no less. Not, “Welcome to Sheraton, how can I help you?”… a simple nod. The linens on the beds were rough to the touch, in my opinion. My husband asked to use the hotel’s wine cork because we forgot ours at home. The hotel front desk clerk did try to look, I will give him that. But, his demeanor and attitude was pretty unforgiving and lack luster.l when he explained to my husband that they can’t find theirs because someone never returned it. When we checked out, I got the infamous nod again. This time, though, she motioned to me to drop my keys in the ‘Key Drop Off’ box, and without even saying, “Thank you for staying at Sheraton, have a good day.” Nothing whatsoever. I was not happy with my stay here. No. Good.
