    Dirtiest room ever

Sheets has burn holes. One towel has gross hair. One towel has weird brown marks. Shower curtain was moldy. Giant spider was in front of our door. No outlet next to the bed. Ice bucket was dirty and didn’t have a plastic bag. Remote was greasy. Office person was nice but the room was just way too dirty…

Room was clean. When air conditioner stopped running it made a clicking noise till it kicked in again. Did not know when booked you cannot leave your pet alone in room, this should be posted when booking!! Also the bathtub drain started making gurgling noises at1am. Will not stay here again

It was an ok place to stay. The shower was less than desirable but the room was pretty clean. The continental breakfast wasn't very much...coffee, donut holes, and mini bagels.

This property is in terrible condition. Our room had ants crawling in the towels when we arrived. The WiFi was only available if you were within 30 feet of the office, outside. The paneling was separated and pulled open with an 11/2 inch gap.the safety bolt on door would not work. The Windows and sills were filthy dirty. The electrical outlet near the nightstand was loose in the box and would only function if the lap cord was pulled to the side. Another problem was that the staff didn’t seem to care. When I told them that we had a reservation 2 days later, we were assured that we could have a room nearer to the office so WlFi would be available. When we arrived for our second stay we were told that we were assigned the same room by the manager. After the day clerk had assigned us to a different room. I will never stay in another Knights Inn.

The location was good. It was close to Fort Michilimackinac and the restaurants and shopping. The price, typical in Mackinac City, was quite high. The room was shabby, the in-wall AC unit would not turn on and the wifi was not available in the room. They gave us another room where the AC worked but we never had wifi.
