Modern clean comfortable but poor noise proofing
Everything was amazing about the hotel. Clean modern and the staff was very friendly and helpful. But the rooms have 0 sound proofing. You could hear your neighbor’s shower running, the doors being opened and closed, corridor conversations up into 1 am at night which made sleeping very difficult. I had to rely on ear plugs eventually. I wouldn’t come back as a good nights sleep is the most important

Smells terrible at just under $200/ night!
The hotel is brand new, the staff are very accommodating, the on-site restaurant serves good food, the room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, there was a strong and unpleasant odor exuding from the drain in the bathroom sink. We looked under the sink and saw that there is NO trap (elbow) pipe so the smell of sewer permeates the bathroom and the room and the room making it rather unpleasant. We paid just under $200 per night for this hotel and expected better.
