Name of hotel is different from the overhead sign at front of street. Name of hotel on the building is "Carrion Inn" instead Double check for cleanliness before unloading you car in. Staff is friendly and will try to find you a new room as needed. Current visit was advised that cleaning staff is not up to par. Check to make sure your towels are clean before use. If not, just go to front desk and FYI them for new ones. The will most likely ask you to kindly leave the old towels outside your door so they can pick it up Pool was closed for the season, I believe it is actually not staffed for maintenance. Staff is helpful as much as they can, but don't expect much from the property condition itself. Pro is that the location is close to Sesame Place (15 minutes drive). There is a back road that has less vehicle and is a tad bit quicker in route

DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!
This hotel was filthy, smelled horrible and disgusting. One room smelled like mold, cigarette burns on the bed covers and the bathroom wasn't clean. The second room, the lights was broken so I asked for a new room. The new room also had no lights working and the light covers were left on the desk, it smelled just as bad as the other room, and the wall paper was falling off the wall.

I booked this hotel for my daughter’s birthday stay while we visited Sesame place. When we arrived it looked run down unlike the photos on the website. There are no elevators in the place. When I got to my room there was no number on my room. It was drawn on the wall with marker. We open the door and it smelled like smoke. The sink and bathroom were dirty and I found cigarette butts on the floor. I couldn’t allow my two little kids to stay here.

The pictures make it look nice but it’s false advertising. I rented this hotel because of the amenities and because it looked nice. When I arrived there was only one other car in the parking lot. I approached the front desk and didn’t see anyone there. There was broken plexiglass and clutter all around. When I peaked into the manager’s office, he was on the phone. He called someone to help and a guy pops up out from a chair behind the tall front desk counter. He was sleeping and didn’t hear! I gave him my card and license and he checked me in. I then asked him where to find the laundry facilities as that was the main reason I booked this place. He laughed and said they haven’t had laundry facilities in awhile. I asked if I could get a refund if I looked at the room and didn’t want to stay and he said yes. On my way to the room, there was clutter in the halls and it didn’t look vacuumed for some time. I entered the room and it had a strong cleanser smell. I looked out the window and the pool was empty and run down. This property has not been maintained well. It’s nothing like the pictures. I asked for a refund and he said he’d get it processed. I wanted a receipt or something to show a credit and he said that wasn’t possible. I found another place to stay and the charge has yet to be credited. The room wasn’t what I thought I was buying. It is false advertising. If it doesn’t get credited this will be the last time I use Orbitz.

It was terrible, smelled so bad and stinked so bad and we had to clean the room on some wipes that they gave us because of how dirty it is, my little one almost threw up on the smell, the sink had hair in it and it was so disgusting, jacuzzi was used, our room door was open and the roof of the room was dirty and cracked. Now im expecting a refund because that was one of my worst experiences ever.

Let's start with check in, super easy and the front desk was funny and helpful, I originally booked this hotel for the pool since I had my kids with me only to find out the day I went, the pool was closed for the season which didn't make sense but whatever I guess. The room was super clean and the ac worked wonders with that 100 degree weather. The dining options along the way are great and the parking was fantastic. The staff themselves are very nice and friendly, I was a little thrown off by the fact that you couldn't tell who works there because they did not wear uniforms. Even with house keeping I thought it was a random person and not staff. The ice machine on the second floor was broken and there isn't one on the first floor which was also disappointing. At one point i needed extra towels, never got them. Overall this hotel is good for a quick stay maybe overnight or 2 nights like I did.
