Hair all over the bathroom floor and in the hallway long black hair not mine. We asked to check out late no because of COVID really every other hotel that I have stayed at since may it was no problem.

Basement halls to garage were not all that clean but certainly passable. Very difficult to enter and especially exit the garage and an automatic transmission n your car would definitely be a plus. Garage is quiet and safe however.

The air conditioner was broken, and did not cool the space. If you closed the bathroom door it was too hot, beside the bed was too cold. The kitchen lacked necessary items. There was damage to the room before i arrived that was not disclosed. The keys to the room stopped working at random times. When i went to check out, the girl was not wearing a mask, and was unable to assist and an additional call is required to get back my security deposit. Many of the tv channels do not work. The reason for my trip was to participate in a convention, and due to Covid 19 the convention was postponed for a year. The hotel refused to help in this matter. I was quite disappointed with the fact that they would not help in any fasion. Now i have to book a new trip for the convention, but i will not be booking with La tour belvedere!
