Rude reception
We had to spend the night in Hamburg due to major train delays. The reception at night was not welcoming at all; rude, frustrated and very unwelcoming to the point we were almost refused stay because, only because we made the reservation last minute and their system couldn't see it. The room was clean, comfortable, all ok.
